To get started, Company Shield offers two ways to upload user information: You can either upload a CSV file in your admin center or integrate directly with most SCIM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID) to sync the information for the relevant user groups.

Yes. Company Shield allows you to upload your own templates and company-specific ideas to include in the playlists for relevant employees. Additionally, we offer an emergency mode that lets you upload information about a current attack, and within minutes, a warning simulation will be sent to your employees.

For GDPR reasons, our reporting only allows monitoring and analyzing performance at the user group level. User groups must consist of a minimum of five (5) employees. This limit can be adjusted to meet your requirements, if needed.

Therefore, it is essential to your security culture that all employees are trained on the latest dangerous scams circulating. Additionally, training employees with continuous, bite-sized simulations proves to be far more effective than, for example, a longer training effort conducted once per year.
